The summer months are best for beach lovers: Day temperatures are warm around 90 F/33 C and nights are pleasant. Most of the annual rainfall occurs from December to March. The Troodos Mountains on the Greek side, rising to more than 6,400 ft/1,970 m, are snow-covered from mid January to mid March. The mountains are particularly beautiful in the fall.
