The best time to visit the country is May-October, when days range from warm to very hot. Evenings tend to be cool, even in the summer. This is especially true at higher elevations. July-August in Yerevan and the Ararat Valley can be very hot, with evenings cooling only slightly. Don't go from December to late February, when temperatures can be bitterly cold.
