Cardigan

Cardigan is 75 mi/120 km northwest of Cardiff which is a center for salmon fishing. The main attractions are the St. Dogmaels, the ruins of a 12th-century abbey and the parish church adjacent to the ruins houses the Sagranus Stone, written in Gaelic and Latin.
