SigtunaSigtuna is 40 mi/65 km northwest of Stockholm. Sigtuna was the center of Christianity and contains ruins of medieval monasteries dating from as far back as the 11th century. The town hall is relatively modern which was built in 1744 and is the smallest one in the country. Dont miss to visit the town's crooked streets especially Storgatan Street, the main thoroughfare, filled with charming wooden houses and quaint shops.
