Archeological Museum

The Archeological museum was established in 1923, moved in the 1950's to the 17th century. It has the collection on the Prehistory of the Polish territories and hosts numerous temporary exhibitions. The museum staff allo maintain the Archeological site at Bishupin, a fortified lake settlement build aroudn 550 BC near Gniezno.
